Stacja Zabłocie: Diamante Plaza

Jeden z pierwszych nowoczesnych biurowców na Zabłociu (2010 r.). Przeszkolony budynek o architekturze nawiązującej do rzadko występującego czarnego diamentu (karbonado), który posiada wielokryształową strukturę a jego barwa wynika z obecności licznych inkluzji (grafitu, pirytu lub hematytu). Podobnie Diamante Plaza posiada nieregularną linię, wtapia się w zarys działki. Bryła budynku została całkowicie ukształtowana przez przebieg granicy z nasypem kolejowym.

Biurowiec ma powierzchnię 10 000 m² i zlokalizowany przy ul. Jana Dekerta 24. Czarny diament zaprojektowało biuro architektoniczne DDJM w 2006r. Inwestycję wykonał HOCHTIEF Polska S.A.. Inwestorem była Aldesa Polska Diamante Plaza Sp. z o.o. Budynek posiada „zielony dach”, z niską zielenią oraz miejską pasieką dla pszczół.

One of the first modern office buildings in Zabłocie (2010). A glazed building with architecture reminiscent of the rare black diamond (carbonado), which has a multi-crystal structure and its colour results from the presence of numerous inclusions (graphite, pyrite or haematite). Similarly, Diamante Plaza has an irregular line, blending into the outline of the plot. The shape of the building was completely determined by the course of the border with the railway embankment.

The office building has an area of 10,000 m² and is located at 24 Jana Dekarta Street. The black diamond was designed by DDJM architectural office in 2006. The investment was carried out by HOCHTIEF Polska S.A. The investor was Aldesa Polska Diamante Plaza Sp. z o.o. The building has a ‘green roof’ with low vegetation and an urban apiary for bees.
